This 12 days Kenya -Tanzania Safari has been designed to enable the visitors to explore the beautiful areas in Kenya and Tanzania to the fullest and also have the opportunity to view the species of animals that live within. Detailed itinerary.
Day 1: Arrival day in Nairobi Kenya.
Guests will arrive at the airport in Nairobi. A professional tourist guide will pick up their guests from the airport and embark on the transfer to the hotel in Nairobi with a tourist vehicle. Check in at the hotel in Nairobi and relax as you enjoy the views of the entire city. A delicious lunch will be served later in the afternoon and you will continue with the rest at the hotel. Later in the evening, a walk will be conducted through the town for a deep dive into the lives of the Kenyan natives. Visit the malls in town for shopping and later at eventide, transfer back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Drive to lake Nakuru National Park for safari.
Guests will be served breakfast at sunrise at the hotel. After breakfast, undertake the exciting journey to the picturesque lake Nakuru National Park which will take you approximately 3 hours and 23 minutes. Transfer to the lodge on arrival in the National Park. Relax at the lodge as you enjoy the views of the entire wilderness.
Lunch will be served later at around midday. After lunch, undertake the afternoon game drive in the National Park for an opportunity to view the animals within especially the big 5 animals. Drive to the lake in the evening where you will have the chance to view flamingos at the shores of the lake and also enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake. Head back to the lodge at sunset for a delicious dinner and accommodation overnight.
Day 3: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara national reserve.
An early meal will be served to the guests at sunrise at the hotel after which you’ll embark on the 5 hours journey to Masai Mara national reserve. The reserve is a renowned home to the wildebeests which you will stand up chance of viewing when you arrive in the Outback. Explore around the north of the National Park on arrival and later at around high noon transfer to the lodge where you will be served a delicious lunch.
Relax in the units at the lodge after lunch to regain energy for other explorations later in the evening. There will be an evening walk around the lodge that will help you view animals that visit the lodge and in its vicinity especially the common warthogs, impalas and African Bush elephants. Dinner will be served later at dusk and you will be accommodated for the night time.
Day 4: Full day at Masai Mara.
Start off the day with a delicious breakfast at the lodging facility at first light. Embark on a morning game drive in the national reserve that will present to you opportunities for viewing the beautiful vegetation of the park and other land forms within, animals and beautiful bird species. Enjoy the exploration the entire morning and later at midday transfer to the lodge for lunch.
Continue with an afternoon game drive in the national reserve where you will have the opportunities to spot more of the animals encompassing the wild beasts, lions, leopards, jackals, servals, cheetahs, hyenas and baboons. The game drive will be done at around sunset and you will head back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5: Isebania/Sirari border – Lake Victoria.
A mouthwatering breakfast will be served to the guests at the lodge in the wee hours of the morning. After breakfast, undertake the drive to Isebania from where you will continue and head to Lake Victoria. The journey will take you approximately 3 hours and 33 minutes and on arrival you will undertake the exploration around the lake and conduct a visit to the fishing villages within that will provide you with opportunity to have the information on the types of fish caught at the lake.
Lunch will be served at the fishing villages in the afternoon. An exhilarating boat cruise will be conducted on the lake in the afternoon for more opportunities to view the sights of the lake and the bird species that stay in the vegetation at the shores. Transfer back to the mainland in the evening and head to the lodge for dinner and accommodation overnight.
Day 6: Lake Victoria to Serengeti National Park.
Unwind at the lodge the entire afternoon and later in the evening the professional tourist guide will conduct an evening optional nature walk in the surroundings of the hotel to present to you chances to support some of the wild animals within the park and also help you connect with nature in the wild area. Head back to the lodge at dusk for dinner and stay for the night time.
Day 7: Game drives in Serengeti National Park.
After the meal, you will undertake a sunrise guided game drive in the northern province of the park. Here you will have the chance to view the big 5 animals alongside the hundreds of wildebeests. Enjoy the exploration the entire morning and take pictures in the wilderness to remind you of the unforgettable trip. Transfer back to the lodge at around midday for lunch.

Day 8: Bird watching safari and evening game drive in Serengeti.
A sunrise meal will be served to the guests at the lodge. After which you will embark on a bird watching safari within the National Park. The safari will allow you a chance to view beautiful bird species that inhabit the safari encompassing handsome francolins, gravers broadbill, African finfoot, African jacanas, eastern plantain eaters, saddle billed stock, pin-tailed whydah, hadada ibis, black headed gonoleks, abyssinian ground hornbill and gravers broadbill.
Enjoy the views of the birds and take pictures of them for remembrance. Transfer to the lodge at midday for lunch and later in the afternoon recline at the lodge. In the evening, you will conduct a game drive in the central parts of the park near the lodge for opportunities to view cats especially leopards, cheetahs, lions and hyenas. Head back to the lodge at sundown for a well prepared meal and overnight stay.
Day 9: Serengeti to Ngorongoro crater.
Have a delicious breakfast at the lodge at sunrise. Embark on the drive to Ngorongoro that will take you approximately 3 hours and 14 minutes. Conduct a game drive through the Ngorongoro Conservancy where you’ll have opportunities to spot some of the animals that live within the protected area. Transfer to the lodge at midday for relaxation and a delicious meal.
In the afternoon, drive to the caldera in the Conservancy that is renowned for being the largest caldera in the whole world. It is such a beautiful place that will present to you opportunities for extraordinary photography. Sightseeing of the nearby breathtaking areas characterized by lush vegetation, bird watching that you would indulge in. Transfer back to the lodge at sunset for dinner and accommodation for the night.
Day 10: Ngorongoro crater Safari.
Breakfast will be served to the guests at sunrise. After which you will embark on the drive to Olduvai gorge For a deep dive into the history of mankind. It has the remains of early man. The visitors will get to tour and also be provided more information about the place. Enjoy the tour of the historical area the entire morning and transfer to the lodge at around midday.
Later you will conduct an afternoon game drive in the Ngorongoro Conservancy. This will allow you to experience the feeling of the sunset in the wilderness as you marvel at the rear animals within the park especially the spotted hyenas, impalas, common ellands, warthogs and cape buffaloes. Transfer back to the lodge at sunset for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 11: Tarangire national parks safari.
Embark on the drive to Tarangire National Park which will take you approximately 4 hours and 50 minutes. Transfer to the lodge on arrival at the park where you will relax. You will conduct an afternoon game drive within the wilderness. You’ll have opportunities to encounter the wild animals within the park. Enjoy the views of the animals and the sundown in the wilderness. Later transfer back to the lodge at twilight for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 12: Tarangire to Kilimanjaro airport. End of tour.
Check out of the lodge after the meal and embark on the transfer to Kilimanjaro airport. The journey will take you approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. At the airport you’ll catch the flight back home which will mark the end of the interesting adventure.
